Okay I need your help, F&N. I've been badly under the weather since Sunday. As a result, I've missed Monday and I'll miss tonight's time at the gym. I'm also missing the 12 miles I bike to/from the gym. Should I just write off Monday's workout and move today's to tomorrow and Friday's to Saturday? I've only been working out diligently for a couple months and haven't been faced with this issue until now.
