I had a dream last night I couldnt even deadlift 275 because my grip was failing
that sounds more like a nightmare.
that sums up 90% of OTF&N
good artical though. and I anounce that the Captain of Crush #3 will be closed (with a set) before Christmas.
Sadly, since my wrist injury I have fallen into that 90%. I was able to close the #2 back in July but now I get pain from closing a HG150 in my left hand and can only close the CoC #1 once in my right hand now.
but you didnt fag about it. you hurt yourself after giving it an honest effort and help me get my HG500. For that you are on my broly list fo life nigga.
just fucking with ya, working on a #3 no set here....I'm thinking about getting cert now because my fight got cancelled and i am injured. I am going to make sure i can get at least 3 straight closes before i call the # though.
DOOOO EEEETTTTTT . No setting the 3 is very rare still. Even among closers. Just make sure you get a picture on the Ironmind site that says Grouch IDB'ed my gripper.
I might, that would actually be funny. I have never set my grippers more than just to situate....I always thought a credit card meant length wise until recently. I will try to get a video soon, I just need to find someone else to film b/c I always shake and fuck up the video when I crush.

When exactly do you guys do your grip stuff? I was thinking about just doing some DB holds or plate pinchs on my lower body days. Maybe superset it w/ the neck machine or something
