Well I have been unhealthy for wayyyyyy too long. I am 19, 5'10'' 190 lbs (basically no muscle). I am moving back in with my parents for the summer to work and then transfering to a University. Anyway, we have this : As you can see, it doesnt really have much in the way of working out calves. I plan on working out on this machine for basically everything else (no squats obviously ) But what should I be doing to work my calves? I would really like to be able to dunk this summer... Im just a few inches off. Any suggestions for working my calves?
