Compared to the rest of you. For a background, my goals are health, aesthetics, and strength - in those order. I do Chadburry's total body workout 3-4 times a week, hitting each of the 6 major muscle groups with 3x8, 3x5, and 2x12 routines. In most sessions, I do 6 compound lifts. I occasionally do 5 compound lifts and 1 isolation (bis, tris, calves, forearms), and sometimes 6 compounds and 1 isolation on 2x12 days. I jog a mile after every workout session. I also jog 2.5 miles 2 times a week at work. I'm 5'8" & 155lbs. I also eat relatively clean. That said, I can deadlift about 165lbs with barbells on 3x8s (45+20lb on each side of the barbell). Bench press about 155lbs with barbells on 3x8s. Back squat about 165lbs on 3x8s. Bent over rows with shoulder-width grip about 85lbs with barbells on 3x8s. Am I deemed unworthy and a weak skinny bastard?
