why put deadlifts as the last thing in crowded-ass workout #3
where would you put it?
seperate another day for DL + intense cardio?
After looking it over again... just do Pur's routine and substitute your exercises if you want. You're basically following a the same format but the organization is all laid out better. Examples of why it's better would be that your crowding of shoulders and back decreases the amount of back work you'll be doing, which you don't want given the high volume of chest/shoulder stuff. Also doing three or four tricep exercises the day after you do fifteen sets of bench isn't the best idea.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how people can justify having a day soley for arms and only arms.
