3 Eggs, 1 can of tuna, chopped red & green bell pepper, chopped onion.
throw in some whole wheat toast
If you're low-carbing, go for it
I do that, minus the tuna, + 3 sliced of diced ham/luncheon meat/turkey slices, etc and a cup of oatmeal
no carbs no care!
how that sounds as a breakfast depends greatly on what you expect that breakfast to do for you.

6 egg whites
1 whole egg
3 strips of turkey bacon
1 cup of Danons light yogurt
1 bowl of Honey bunches of Oats w/ 2% milk
my breakfast > yours.

honestly, you make that for breakfast everyday of the week?
Thats basically what I eat minus the bacon and 5 whole eggs instead of egg whites, doesnt take long really.
ya. i get the eggs and bacon ready and cooking. as those are cooking, i eat the bowl of cereal. after that's done, the eggs and bacon should be ready. sit down and eat those, then the yogurt
