What happened to all the HST brolies?
You quit Tize? Weren't you getting swole?
it did help a little bit but it was just so boring and not frequent enough
My strength across the board all tanked. My weight only went up a little while my bf% shot up. As a hytrophy program it was weak at best. Everything else about it sucked. Of all the programs I've done HST was the most waste of time.
