What happened is the Dea/state dept was able to get China to stop shipping it fully made so theyre now just selling the precursors to Mexico in bulk and the shit is getting made in Mexico lab's instead of China's which I would think would affect quality but idk.

Same with meth production. pseudoephedrine comes in giant barrels from India and China to Mex and is made into meth there and sent across the border...

Treat the cause that leads to these people become addicted to drugs. Then you don't have to spend billions trying to stop them from getting their fix.
