is there any way to change this?
eat before you go to bed...im the same way
Wow I use to be like this. I couldn't eat breakfast or actually was not hungry until around 11 a.m. I would also crave food until about 2-3 a.m. if I wasn't already asleep.
I changed it by forcing myself to eat breakfast, although small portions at first, and continuing to eat 5-7 times a day. A light snack before I hit the sack, like a fruit or something. Eventually my body got to the point where it was craving food in the morning and was satisfied at night.
Dunno if that helps. But I would force yourself to eat something in the morning, even if it is only a bowl of cereal.
yeh i've been forcing myself to eat a bowl of oatmeal within the first 30 minutes of being up.
today it almost made me puke
last night i was so hungry my stomach was cramping.
not like i'm not eating either.
i ate a chicken breast and some brown rice 2 hours before bed.
I'd have to force oatmeal down too, just eat something delicious like a big plate of snickers
