so im 16 and i want to loose the last stubborn 5 pounds of fat that i have let. ive worked out 5-6days a week and i bike an hour a day. btu its come to a point where the last 5 pounds just wont budge. i went to gnc today to pick up some muscle milk which is supposed to help out with a better quality whey protein. my question is though is it safe to take hydroxicut for like a 2-3 weeks to kick start the fat loss? im almost done growing if that helps.
