I was going to get a turkey breast and smoke it, but an entire frozen turkey cost the same.
Gonna brine for the first time ever and hope its tasters choice.
Yes I know not supposed to brine pre basted but from what I've read if you drop the salt and leave it in the water longer it works out just fine.
