easy enough for a child to use
i just hope it doesn't blow her hand off
I'll be getting mine a lightweight J frame. Easy to use. Safer than a glock. Goes boom every time.
Actually, I was thinking the same thing for my wife. Probably a 19.
Why do men try to pick guns for their ladies? No wonder no women want to shoot.
well i want her to shoot a few things, but i figure glock is pretty user friendly
small and compact
not to expensive either
she can trade it for whatever she wants if she doesn't like it
she doesn't want to pick one out.
Then you gotta drag her
I just see alot of times where a guy says "I'm getting my g/f a g26, it'll be the perfect size for her" then she hates the trigger, recoil or most importantly the handfit and never shoots at all. Then they try out a 1911, p239 or keltec or something else and find they actually enjoy it. I wouldn't try to buy a gun for someone else any more than I'd want someone to try to buy a gun for me. Ymmv.
Why dont you ask her what she wants and save the hassel
like she knows
We pick them out because we know they will hate them and then we get to keep it when she doesn't want it anymore. See, in reality we are buying the gun for ourselves, but then we can blame it on the bitch.
It's pretty much a win win.
Mine's set on a Officers Model 1911.
I thought she would like the 9mm AR upper
I'm sorry honey I had no idea you wouldn't like a 4" s&w 500...its shiny and its compensated so I thought it'd be easy to shoot
my plan is to buy them something that I want and give it to them knowing that they would never use it so I would instead be buying a gun for myself. I wonder if I could use that as a tax deduction......
My g/f liked my xd sub so much she went out and bought one herself. Now she has her eyes set on a Kahr PM9.
She shot one of these and liked it. I'm not sure I like the grip safety though.
so she gets a glock but you get a p22
my gf likes those s&w 66LS-ladysmith guns
i like em too minus the "lady smith" on the side
Too bad the S9s aren't flashy.. I know mine would love something that small if it was a bit more attractive.
I'm waiting on the SA1s but winter is a long way away.
p22 for a girl's first gun, ftw.
Take her to the range and let she hold and shoot some stuff so you buy something she likes
i am buying an XD next week
My g/f likes the blue taurus with gold accents and pearl grip
It'll make a great graduation present.
