sitting in chairs, seats, at desks, at their computer, hunched over a laptop... yet im the one with the fucked up posture :hs:

i did.. long ago... now just doing the fucked up posture correcting exercises that everyone else laughs at in the gym... on to Neanderthal no more part 5!

that works on the shoulder position, but what about lordosis? such a bit to maintain tightened glutes the whole time , and keeping your head back and chin tucked is uncomfortable as hell for me, feel like a tard..

my physio therapist suggested doing hip rocking exercises - 3-5 minutes every hour to keep them active

its been a huge help with my lower back and hip issue
