Stepped on the same scale I've been using since July 2003 and it said 182. My goal was to bulk up and break 180 by the end of October and I'm already there. Yay! Granted, a lot of it is water mass, but it's a great step for me, considering: 158 lbs: July 2003 172 lbs: April 2004 178 lbs: August 2004 When I started in July 2003, I was at 6% bodyfat (9 lbs, yeah, scary). I took the test a few weeks ago and am at 9% . That's not too shabby 20 pounds later. It's too late for math, but I'm guessing I gained some nice muskles since last year. /ectomorph P.S.
