God dammit I have been walking like a moron all week. Any hints on getting rid of soreness?
do some body squats (or with a bar) to get some blood flowing to the area, and eat lots of protein.
rub some dirt on them
do squats or legs in general more than once a week
hot & cold cycle works pretty good for me
this always works for me. The next time i'm at the gym after working legs, I do a few really light sets before I start my regular routine, you'd be surprised how much it can help

Seriously. I'm up to squatting heavy 3 times a week (if you include front/overhead) and I'm rarely sore for more than a day anymore.
