I've been working out for three years or so now and, after the first year, I pretty much levelled off. I've tried working out each muscle group once, twice, and three times a week. Did creatine, which worked for a month, then levelled me off again and I lost it all when I stopped. Even did a M1T cycle back when it was legal and lost all my gains as soon as I stopped. I've done the body building method, singling out each muscle group, and power lifting method, building to one rep max with squats and deadlifts and such. Used to eat 4-6 medium to small meals a day, now I eat fewer meals, but they're bigger, which still isn't working. I don't do any cardio, cause that can burn muscle away. I'm not an ectomorph, so I don't stay skinny if I don't work out. To top it all off, I'm a kinesiology major and I still don't know WTF is going on. Any ideas?
