I hit the gym with a friend two days ago. I haven't done any real workouts in a few weeks so I knew I was going to be pretty sore. We did biceps and triceps. When we left, my arms were so sore I couldn't put them straight down my side. Now the soreness in my Bi's is through the rough. They aren't in pain but just so fucking sore, I can't straighten them out and things like pulling a gallon of milk out of the fridge is a two handed job. I'm hoping when I wake up tomorrow, things will be much better. Any ideas?
