Does that constitute as a meal?
yes. do that 5 times a day and you are set.
not unless you chase a live chicken as part of the workout.
why the fuck do you fucks insist on eating raw eggs? what's the benefit in your mind?
omelette > *
Frankly i do it because im on a massive time crunch every morning.
Make it 6 eggs.
Scrambling eggs takes all of 3 minutes. It's worth it.
Well here is my full breakfast:
1-2 whole wheat toast
2 raw eggs.
Are you cutting? I eat 4 eggs when cutting, at least 7-8 with toast and cheese when bulking.
sounds like a nasty ass 140 calorie 'meal'
doesnt the body digest cooked eggs better than raw?
that's a shitty breakfast.
That sounds like a stomache ache to me, and stomach ache in the gym = lose
plus you get the benefit of not possibly catching a disease.
eggs take like 4 minutes to cook, personally id go that route cause id gag on raw eggs
4 minutes doesnt include, waiting for heat, getting things out, clean-up, etc..
you could just drink some egg whites out of a carton. Most of them are pasteurized so you aren't gonna get sick. If I'm REALLY in a hurry and can't grab anything else I'll just grab a 16oz carton of those and run out the door.
i do this all the time too. egg shots. very rare to get sick off it (in the states at least). i do it cause its quick, no clean up, and fast to swallow (no chewing needed).
college student=no time. bruce lee use to make shakes with raw eggs + shells. what a crazy bastard.
cool and youll get only about 40% of the protein synthesis from it! end yourselves
make sure the eggs are pasteurized, to get the full nutrition value of the raw eggs. Also no chance of getting salmonela
You've got like a 1:30 000 chance of getting salmonella in the US (from raw eggs). Healthy chickens don't produce "dirty" eggs.
so drinking raw egg whites is okay?
