Im tired of grilled chicken, i have to eat out for lunch every day at work, what can i eat ? I love grilled chicken ceasar salad, but that dressing is real fatty i hear. help me out... what should i eat to keep building muscle and shed fat. im currently 6'8 290 and just started lifting again. my second week back and im doing 3 sets of 10 on 200 for bench etc. my back is stronger than chest, ive never been a bencher. so id like to lose about 30 lbs. how should i go about it ?
