I run out the door in the morning, and never have anything more than a glass of juice when I wake up, and MAYBE some cottage cheese if I can force myself to eat it... I just have no appetite after I wake up, and I <3 my sleep, so I just head straight to work. After a 10-14 hr day, I'm fucking STARVING, and come home and stuff my fat face. I know eating at night isn't THAT bad, because it allows your body to digest stuff and release nutrients while your body is sleeping and rebuilding, but I really don't think ~50% of my calories should come right before bed. Any suggestions?
