throw in some flavoured yogurt. it helps a ton
Plain cottage cheese. I suppose I'll eventually get sick of it.
I've been eating cottage cheese for years and I still haven't gotten ised to it yet
onions/chives + tomatoes helps alot, makes a pretty good sauce too
I'm going to have to try that. I can't continue eating it plain. I can't seem to get used to it
Why? There's nothing special about it.
It's a good source of casein protein. I think only like 1/2 cup is 13g protein. For me that's only a few fork-fulls.
