Long story short, I got armbarred while sparring and my opponent didn't ease into it, so it gave me no time to tap. There were 3 pops in my elbow, it felt and sounded similar to when you crack your neck or back. It didn't hurt at all for about 2hrs, then it started to get sore. It only really hurts if I fully extend my arm or if I fully compress it, but I still have full range of motion. I've been iceing it as much as possible (20mins at a time) and trying not to aggrivate it. I've got BJJ again tomorrow, so I was wondering what your input is on this since I'm sure some of you have had it happen before. What I mean is, does it sound like something serious?
