I've been concious of how much sleep I get now. I usually wake up at 6:00am and take a shower to get to work by 7. I had been going to bed anywhere from 10:30 - midnight, more towards the midnight part daily. I started going to bed at 10:00 and now I have been waking up by myself at 5am and can't go back to sleep lol. Dad says, well you should get up and not lay back down then, maybe you can leave to work a little earlier So, maybe I'll start getting out of bed when i wake up... is this just a natural way of my body telling me its getting a sufficient amount of sleep in?
