I've been concious of how much sleep I get now. I usually wake up at 6:00am and take a shower to get to work by 7. I had been going to bed anywhere from 10:30 - midnight, more towards the midnight part daily.

I started going to bed at 10:00 and now I have been waking up by myself at 5am and can't go back to sleep lol.

Dad says, well you should get up and not lay back down then, maybe you can leave to work a little earlier :mamoru:

So, maybe I'll start getting out of bed when i wake up... is this just a natural way of my body telling me its getting a sufficient amount of sleep in?

sleep doesn't seem to be enough. Any external factors that might be waking you up? For example, open window with birds chirping, hot room, etc ?

Actually no. My room is at an ideal temperature for me where I feel comfortable, and there are no noises what so ever in the house anytime I get up.... :dunno:

    Seems right to me.
