I almost threw up--twice. She had me supersetting almost everything. The exercises I did in no specific order were: step ups, jumping step ups, pushups, ball crunches, seated cable rows, swiss medicine ball twist things, shoulder press, and a couple others I'm probably forgetting. Today was just the "warm-up" day too. Once we get more into the plyometrics I think I'll really start to like it. She also tested my body fat...a week ago the guy at another gym measured me at 22%, which I thought was off...she got me at 17%. I'm guessing I'm somewhere inbetween the two. Edit: Neo you were right...she had me do overhead squats to see my weak points. They are not surprising to me at all...tight calves and weak rhomboids/forward shoulders.
