i need to get doc to stick me
Learn to enjoy drinking water.
come on ranger. better tough it out.
beat the heat
ooo-rah colonels run at 0400 this morning
Just give yourself an IV, its easy
the docs wont give us IV's if we ask for them any more, they say that if we can drink water we are ok. and to just keep drinking.
we used to have tons of CLS bags with us ( combat life Saver bags )
with everything we needed to give iv's.
Nothing better when you've been drinking all night..
and they always refilled our stuff upon request. lol
Ft. Benning is hotter than balls right now. I'm here for airborne and we've already had people fall out as heat casualties and have seizures and shit.
Ah i feel for you..9min/mile runs are tough.
a camelbak is a tricky beast. if hydrated prior to running with one it is a great source of water. if not, however, you'll suck down the whole bladder way too fast, be out of water way too early and end up carrying dead weight that heats up your back quickly.
6:45min/mile , depends on what group you are in though
dead weight? its like 5 ounces
HYDRATE OR DIE!! Or.... get the silver bullet.
It's only 0930 here and its already black flag. Stupid humidity.
