Why is it so much easier to push yourself into overtraining than it is to take a week off
i have to take a week off because
A. my gym is closing down and i have to find another one
I already miss the gym and i havent even taken the week off yet.
i never taken a full week off, maybe MAYBE 3 days off in a row, thats it
3 week hiatus so far
