worst feeling ever.
I've never done that and I work out pretty damn hard. I've come damn close to passing out though.
when i work out i don't spend more than 60 seconds at rest in between exercises so after a half hr my body wants to protest. its possibly due to me mixing cardio with muscle building (ex:supersets, then rowing machine, etc)
i guess im not working hard enough like you huge freakin guys
you are definetly not hardcore enough for animal pak
don't hold it in, you'll feel great afterwards
then stop training like a retard and eat/drink better
When I am doing high intensity and only taking breaks of 30sec between sets I will often get some nausea and lightheaded feelings. When this happens I just take a seat and chill out. It's not worth it to get sick just to push yourself IMO.
sometimes it is if you want to take it to the next level
got to that point one time....thought a big drink of water would help.
went to the bathroom and just puked it all up....felt much better, went out and did some shrugs.
Been swimming, about to be a lifeguard.
Doing 60 laps non stop has almost had me barfing everywhere in the water.
But let me tell you, it is hands down some of the best cardio ive ever done. Traps have gotten bigger and ive dropped about 3 pounds from 185, mainly fat loss, all that extra fat on my ass was trimmed and my V-cuts are coming very nice these days.
on the good side i dropped 10lbs in 30 days (without puking haha)
5'11 with 168lbs starting weight. now 158 and cut
OT fitness ftw
leg days make me want to puke... that's about the only time.
I think it has to do with how much muscle/work you're doing, legs are some big fucking muscles, and I push much heavier weight on those days than anything with my upper body.
Got this feeling today.
I had a back/bi day and was only taking rests of 30sec between sets and it started catching up with me. It sucks because you get nausea and then get so thirsty, but you can't drink water because it just makes it worse for a bit.
I took a few minute break and felt fine and finished my workout.
Then I went downstairs to play basketball and played 2 games. Halfway through my second game I was really trying not to get sick. I did NOT feel well at all.
Here it is 45min later and I am still not feeling great.
I think the problem (for me at least) is that I push myself so hard that I don't really feel like drinking water... so I just barely "sip" at the fountain. I think I end up being dehyrated. I am going to start chugging a couple big glasses 30min prior to working out.
happens at least twice a week, will throw up at least once a week... usually in my 5-10 mile post workout run....
back when I was training as hard as I could, lifting more than I probably should I'd throw up blood while working out. Last time I went heavy on squats (315) followed by deadlift (345) I threw up a pint of blood. That was the last time I've put more than 3 plates on a lift
Also I'd prolly puke once every two weeks from eating too much
I started doing spinning classes recently and the seats hurt so much that I feel like puking. I bought a gel seat and it helps a little. I'm assuming it will get better.
Last night I was dry heaving in class. 45 min of Kettlebells followed by Kickboxing after.
