Ordered another one. This time a 4" shorty.
which one, pics?
I currently have a SF Loaded operator, layawayed a SF loaded Champion Lightweight, OD green/Black Armory Kote.
I'm up to five; guess I'm infected as well.
Lemme know if you find a decent support group. 1911.com I've tried, and FWIW, it's no help. LOL.
Ar's and 1911s really are addicting to own.
I'll be picking up another one on tuesday or wednesday from my dealer, whenever it gets there
Whats so cool about 1911's, seriously. The last gun mag I bought, 1911 articles and ads on every page. Newest bandwagon in handguns?
Hard to explain.
i want to get the SA TRP
I love classic looking 1911s. I just need to be 21.
Springfield and Kimber are high on my list for a first handgun
That is if i dont buy a 6in barrel .357mag Smith and Wesson.
I just sold my Norinco 1911 so that I can pick up a 1911 w/ a light rail.
Kimber or Springfield? Still haven't decided.
good luck. The Springfield felt much better in my hand then the kimber, but thats just me.
If I ever save up the money I'm going to get a Valtro 1998A1. Of the 1911's variants I've fired, the Valtro was by fire the best I've shot. Too bad they want $2500+ for the gun now.
If you shoot a decent 1911, there just isn't a comparison to any gun out there (except a P7 which in my opinion is above anything else out there in quality)
getting one with a 3.5lb trigger that has no play or slop is like butter. The .45 ACP that is easier on recoil than the smaller snappish calibers. Accuracy that is great and almost limitless as to what you can do to customize it to your tastes and skill. It may be an old design, but it's still the best design.
