Hello, I just had a question regarding women's workout. I'm 21 and 103.5 pounds but I'm not toned. I'm kinda flabby. I want to be toned and have fit legs and stomache. I've been working out for 2 weeks now and have been seeing some results (ex: My stomache is more defined) My question is: How long will it take for me to be fully toned? and What should I work out on? I currently work out on the machine bike thing for 30 minutes and then do 45 minutes of weights. Thank you!
