The first squat I had EVER done in my life was done 1 month ago exactly. I squatted 95 lbs 5x5. I seriously could barely walk for 3 days after that. Since then I have been bulking and doing the Christoph reutine religously. Today I ended my 5x5 squats at 195, which I know is SUPER weak but I'm pretty stoked about going up 100 lbs in a month! Just wanted to share some of my progress.
