You can tell by my face Ive lost weight though
might want to slow that weight loss down as your probably losing a ton of muscle at that rate.. Otherwise awesome job man

And the only supps I used for 10weeks were Fish Oil, Green Tea, Joint, and a multi
I'm jealous. I feel like i want to die at anything more than 1-1.5lbs/week

I've been taking it more slowly myself. I started off in May at 280lbs, now it's December, and i'm 240. It's a steady 5lbs a month.
Started out with a 1500 Cal a day, doing a 5day split for every muscle group, Legs/Chest/Back/Shoulders/Bi+Tris did that for about 4 weeks, than I put my calories at 2000cal a day and did a Christophers routine for 4weeks, now Im doing a 3day split 2x a week with 2-4miles of running every day when I wake up at around 2000-2500cal a day.

Right now i'm on a 3 day split (the Arnold Level 1 Basic Training). Calories are between 2000-2500 a day. I do play racketball as well, but the league is over, and Winter 2006 signup starts this week for the 2nd week of Jan.
Heres a typical meal day for me and I ussually have one cheat day where I eat around 3000-3500calories
Snickers Marathon Bar-280/43/8/20
Lunch Meat 150/0/0/18
Ice Water Total:288oz
And when ever I do running I do it with a 25lb vest
For sure. I'm down about 40lbs since i started

I've dropped 18 lbs in three weeks, and this is even more motivation for me to keep pushing hard.
congrats, definitley keeps me motivated to keep losing the pounds myself. I am down 20 since october 17th.
