This was the house we just sold. Before and after pic. We did the entire home except impact windows and pavers ourselves

The bathroom I just posted is still very much in progress. Shower is gutted to studs, no glass etc

We also re-work stuff a few times before we call it quits so I expect some adjustments before it’s over

This. I'm not sure why the shiplap was even considered if that was the only way it would work. Although I'm sure there are toilets with a thinner tank profile to avoid that issue as well.

The other half is stripped to the stud and concrete shower pan. We shifted walls too that are not even finished

I’ll update as I go. The toilet is lame cause it’s like flush against the wall.

I wanted a work around it but no longer like the floor so it will get reset for that

The sink and faucet are not sealed and we have another we are gonna try too

my before pics from the previous finished stuff looked just like this so not worried on what we decide when we stop
