3 new PRs tonight. Squat: 135x10, 225x8, 275x8, 315x8, 335x8, 365x8 NEW 365 REP PR 315x5, 275x5, 225x10 I dont think I repped 365 like that even when I maxed at 425. I CLOSED THE MOTHER FUCKING CAPTAIN OF CRUSH #3!!! YEAH NIGGA LIGHTWIGHT BABY!!!! I never train the MM/old rule set so I took a go at it because I was only about a millimeter away from it and low and behold i shut that bitch twice!! Closing the 3 was the easy part, closing it to IMs new rules will be the hard kicking my ass the whole way part. I also got my new Elite to .25inchs on my right hand and broke ground with 90lbs on my 3 inch bar on my left. Sorry I didnt get any pictures it was while I was at the gym.
