I heard squatting will increase your bench......

    probably so, it is a compound exercise that works your abs and helps forearm strength pretty good, and good benchers drive with their legs.

    Truth, so long as you also bench. For instance, if you go to the gym for 3 months doing nothing but bench, your bench may go up 20 pounds or something (Purely hypothetical) However, if you go to the gym for 3 months hitting heavy squats, deads, and also heavy bench, your bench will go up more than if you did benching alone. Those heavy compund exercises help to boost natural testosterone production... or so I've heard.

    yesteday was leg day and i was doing squats and i was pushing so hard that my scrotum tore and one of my testicles fell out of my shorts onto the ground, should i be worried?

    i cleaned it with water and put a used bandaid on it.

    If you're a newbie it will probably help by strengthening your upper back. If you're an elite powerlifter? No.
