I need something to take my mind off of putting my dog down today.
sorry to hear about your dog, dawg.
Been there man.. it sucks.
Sorry to hear that.
Thanks fellas. She was a black lab that got me through some rough times years ago. She also saved my moms life a few times when my mom had a seizure and nobody was around by pushing my moms head to her side and licking her to revive her.
Rest In Paradise Doggah.
She thanks you for taking care of her.
Sorry to hear that, chin up broseph!
Damn, sorry to hear this, best damn dogs imaginable.
putting mine down was the hardest decision i've ever made. Hope you and your family are alright.
I agree they really are. She got really bad over the last night from what my mom said. I live in Florida these days while my mom lives outside of Springfield Mass, (about 5 minutes away from Gonzagas camp) so I wasnt able to be there. Thanks for the condolences, much appreciated.
Sucks man losing friends like that is tough but its the right decision for her.
Sucks man I would be freaking out if I had to put mine down
Sorry to hear it. We're at the end stages with one of the German Shepherds I grew up with.
We've got an 11 year old lab. I dread this day.
The biggest problem with dogs is that they do not live long enough!
Seriously you guys. Stop. All I can think about is the day I have to take my dog in. He's only 3 and I want to find a blanket and cry just thinking about it.
In the end its worth it though. If it hadnt been for that dog I wouldnt be here and Im pretty sure my mom wouldnt either.
sorry man. I've had labs my whole life...had to put one down last year and found his clone in the pound a year later, so with loss of one life you can save another.
Puppy Mills are FUCKED UP! I would only get a dog from some form of an adoption program.
I still havent been able to bring myself to get another dog and it's been 6 years. Probably next year though.
I foster animals, so I get a lot of great dogs that people pass up for puppy mills, but I get a lot of good dogs homes too.
The worst part is those that are too far gone, that have been abused and neglected beyond repair. It's great to give them just a couple good last days or weeks where there's no fear of being hit and they know they're going to get tons of food and love. You can tell the immense amount of love and appreciation a dog gets from one pet, from one treat, and from one, "good boy." You gave your dog years of that, so no regrets...just happy memories.
where are they showing this?
sorry about the dog, man.
