I am hoping that everyone would share their recipes for grilling some Chicken Breast and others
with the top row diamonds and the bottom ones gold
if you were too jewish to buy one of the foremans with temperature control, the only thing you can make with any success is a grilled cheese.
not true, my mother has suceeded in creating many a grilled chicken and turkey breast with these contraptions. On occasion even the mighty turkey burger and "ham" burger. Some times if we are impovrished even the salty spam burger.

No need to buy a foreman grill. all i do is grab a pie plate some aluminum foil, line the plate with the foil then toss the chicken inside with some herb mixture and bake in the oven for 20 mins. tastes reallllllly good. the best part is you pull the aluminum out and toss it in the trash, no cleanup.
i love my grillman. it's the one with a time and temp control on it. shit cost like $100 2 years ago. pretty just don't try to cook steak on it.
for chicken i just throw some pepper on it and cook it 5-6 mins/side. then some peanut sauce or bbq sauce.
I've cooked steak on a foreman plenty of times and it has come out pretty dam good.
the foreman grill is perhaps the most annoying fucking thing to cook on, ever
the cleanup sucks, lack of temperature control (on mine) was terrible, and he named all of his sons George which is so ass rapish
What I love now is my new convection/microwave oven. I could cook a steak in 12 min to med/well done.
So after the gym, put the steak in the oven, take a shower, dry up, and the steak is done!

Cooked it twice so far this way.
Trying to get it to a perfect med. So that would be around 9-10 min.
i prefer mine in the med rare to med zone no more no less
Yeah regardless what your preference is, it's so convenient.
The "good" Foreskin Grill I used to have didn't have a timer so I had to turn it off in time.
