guess what the macros are?
45% fat 45% protein 10% carbs
sounds like a good idea..
pumpkin pie spice
splenda or stevia
whatever else you want
grind up 3 tbsp lecithin into a powder, mix in oil, mix well. add in pb, mix well. add in pumpkin puree and 1.5 cups of water. mix. add in whey protein mix. add in spices and sweetner to tast
comes out to about 120g of fat 260g of protein 15g of fiber, 60 g carbs
Sweet. I could pound the whole thing and still hit my macros for the day on that alone
Frozen blueberry maple yogurt with pecans ffffuuuuuu
recipe is as follows
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup pecans (toasted and chopped)
2 cups plain yogurt
1. Heat the blueberries, sugar and maple syrup and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat.
3. Let cool then mix in the yogurt along with the pecans and test for sweetness.
4. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
5. Freeze according to the instructions for your ice cream machine.
It's fine if you don't have a machine, I don't either.
I just let it freeze to the point where it is still somewhat soft and get a big wooden spoon and mix it around. Then scoop and eat.
macros are fucked but it's fucking ice cream. perhaps the best ice cream I have ever made.
too much work.
if i wanted fucking ice cream i'd go get some ben and jerry's and o nom nom nom.
but really, fuck y'all cuz i'm eating clean.
