It comes at pretty random times. I noticed it for the first time while I was doing squats last night. It felt the worst whene I was backing up into teh crutches to roll the weight back onto them between sets. It's hard to describe where the pain is coming from... It's mostly on the top of the delt, but the pain runs a little bit to the rear delts. Should this be a reason to raise alarm? It's probably nothing, but I'm just being extra cautious since it seems like a lot of people are having trouble with their rotor cuffs lately. I might schedule a Dr apt for next week just to play it safe.
