I lifted with lbs today rather than kgs ...

    And i really did not like it for some reason. Anyone else like one more than the other for any reason.

    I think it is that I have just been using kgs even since I have been in college and become used to it. :dunno:

    Actually 220.46 lbs feels heavier than 100kgs, cause it's a higher number.

    Only time I lift in Kilos are during test days at Garage Ink or at meets...

    I hate using bumper plates because then I have to mentally recalculate the weights.

    Regular metric plates are a pain in the ass when you have 44's, 22's, 11's, 5.5's, etc.

    Everytime I lift I lift in both... I can't help it if the weights say both lbs and kgs on them :ugh2:

    I lift way more with pounds than I do with kilograms. Can't explain it.
