It's all really obvious shit but once you start, it becomes a habit. The main things I've been doing differently: fat-free milk instead of 2% milk, water instead of soda, white meat instead of dark meat, whole wheat instead of white, low-sodium cheese, fat-free mayo, fat-free yogurt, salads, and no more kiddie cereals. Also, instead of skipping breakfast before work, I'll grab a Boost energy drink. I work and go to school full-time so it's hard for me to find the time and energy to work out but I've been trying. Basically just running or biking and lifting on my days off (2 days/week). 10 more pounds to go and I'll be where I want to be :x: I just need to keep it off this time :hs:

I've lost 20 lbs since April 1st. That's uh, ~9 weeks so far I think. 2 lbs/week is pretty healthy, so good job. I've been doing basically what you're doing, so look forward to nice, steady progress. Good luck and don't give in to teh junk food :hs:.

The first 5-10 lbs is usually waterweight in my experience... but congrats on your progress !

Yeah, that's what I've been told. The first few pounds are shed off very easily/quickly and then the progress sort of slumps. But I think with only 10 lbs left to go it shouldn't be too bad.
