FIT i my shoulders do not get sore the next day after their workout

i work them to muscle failure but they dont get sore afterwards ie the day after/the day after that

+1 on the dropsets and lateral raises. my shoulders are my best bodypart and i do a lot of drop sets and higher repetitions for shoulders. supersets as well.

try doing 30 sec rests supersetting side raises and db military presses. go nuts. but it takes a lot to get your shoulders sore unless youre just beginning.
