The problem is that I pretty much hate all dairy products. The only ones I like are ice cream, flavored yogurt, and very chocolate milk. I buy the OJ with Calcium in it, but I don't know how well that works. I'm always worried that supplemental calcium isn't going to be absorbed well. Any suggestions? It seems that the only naturally-occuring calcium I ingest requires a lot of sugar. I heard that Brocolli can be a good source, is this true?
