Need help on how to go about this. Whether sticking to a normal diet, switching it up every now and again or what? I know there are 294235 things about diet but it will always vary. I am 5'8" and 165lbs. I have a bit of fat but I also have some muscle because I used to work out quite a bit. And I live a half-assed active lifestyle. My goals are to shed the fat I have and start building more muscle. What should I be eating? I don't always have time to prepare good meals and I also work for 12 hour shifts and do not have access to a stove/oven at work. Just a microwave. If someone is not a serious body builder, like myself, how many meals do I need to eat per day? Im thinking about having 5. I dunno. Help me out guys, my diet has gone to shit lately.
