Sorry, I know this is a total newb topic that should not be up on here. The data is out there, but apparently I can't use google to find the data. I've been taking fish oil, tribulus, and NOx. I can't seem to find anything saying the NOx is shit, but I know most people here think it is. I like the vascularity I have, and the increased energy, but I don't know what it came from. Any tips on where to start? I'm just trying to gain muscle mass, and have a hard time gaining weight...when I'm not eating 5500 cals per day.
