I recently decided that I need to stop making excuses and start losing weight. I moved out of my parents house and for the first time I am on my own as far as cooking goes. I need ideas for Lunches that are healthy, and can be precooked and microwaved later. I spend my days at school, and dont want to get into the habit of eating like shit. I have a refrigerator and microwave available to use so I plan on taking advantage of that. Any tips on meals which can be cooked and reheated would be helpful. For tomorrow I made grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli.
