well i decided im doing a contest in next saturday. its an OCB contest (all natural). last contest i didnt have low enough bodyfat to carb and water deplete along with carbing back up and glyc deplete, etc. but i am now at low enough bodyfat to do it. so i just need advice and how to do it. today ive had no carbs and i last trained last wednesday i think. one more thing is i got to take a polygraph. im the type of person who is really nervous at things like this and think i would fail it without lying. theres also one question im worried about on this test (not aas) so hopefully i can pull that one off. thanks. p.s. i would ask the guy thats training me but i lost my cell phone and theres no way i can get ahold of him.
