Hey everyone, I am 21 years old, I work in the car business, which means i work from 8am-9am Monday-Saturday. I get one day off a week. Im 6'0' and 240 pounds. I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I've been eating healthy for the past 2 months, my gf helps with that, but i can't seem to lose any weight. Ive tried diet pills in the past, but i really need some advice on how i can lose 50-60 pounds. WHAT CAN I DO? Help me!!
