So I was bulking and I got to about 3 months then I got sick, so of course I stopped working out and eating nonstop... but then when I finally got better work got in the way and really haven't lifted since and I have returned to a 'normal' eating pattern. Anyways during my bulk I had crazy gas and boul movements, which I just figured was from all the protien, shakes, food, etc. Well it's been about 2 weeks and I still have crazy gas and my stomach moves like crazy. The smell is just as bad, if not worse then when I was bulking. And is constant as well, happens all day and night. I'm guessing a way to fix this is to clean out my system... any of you guys do anything like this? I remember a thread a while ago on OT about it but couldn't find it.
