What would be my plan of attack? I am 6'0" 220lbs. I've got, what I call, a winter gut. I still have muscle under the fat, but there's still fat there. Should I hit the gym and diet? Any vitamins I should take with my workout? I really just need to tone myself out. I'm 27 and I'm starting to feel heavier than I should. I don't like it, and today I'm going to start doing something about it. Please help a chubby fucker.
