Before I state my problem, I suppose I kinda have to give you some details about myself... Im 17 y.o Male 6'2" about 215 pounds... In all honesty I look like one of the contestants from The Biggest Loser from like week 7 or 8. Idk if that helps paint a picture, but o well. The Problem: Ive been running 1.5 miles every morning about the same time everyday (except Saturdays and Sunday), but I seem to keep losing endurance and at the same time I'm gaining some speed. I have to slow down to the point of a slow jog after I run 3/4ths of a mile, and it makes me lose alot of confidence till I just stop. I can't seem to find a medium speed for my run, so thats part of the problem... What can I do different to make me get back to my 1.5 and keep the speed?... What exercises/activities can I do to help me with this... Any help would be great.
